Hi, I'm Russell Watson

 I bought my first Florida retirement home in 2011. I enjoyed serving the community in several capacities and ultimately as the president of the HOA. In that role I discovered there was a lot of misinformation being handed out and very little education for those trying to lead in their communities. I also met a lot of residents with the same lament: “if I only knew, when I bought my home and chose my community, what I know now; I would’ve made different choices”. I founded Florida Manufactured Home Living to address the educational needs of future and current manufactured homeowners as well as community leaders.
